Odds during live betting can change rapidly. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are final. If a bet is not accepted due to a network issue, the amount will be returned to your account.

11tka regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer carries its own terms. General bonus policies are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered members only, once per account.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (generally 10x–30x).

• Using betting software, bots, or automated scripts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform.

11tka monitors all account activity through advanced technology and human oversight. Any unusual patterns are flagged automatically.

11tka may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (24 months).

If an account is closed and a valid balance exists — and the closure was not due to a breach of terms — that balance will be refunded. However, winnings derived from bonuses and balances in accounts closed due to violations will not be returned.
